- Machine wash cold (max 30°C / 86°F) on gentle cycle; zip and snap fully closed and wash inside out with like colors.
- Do not bleach; avoid fabric softeners to protect the water-repellent shell finish.
- Hang dry on a contoured coat hanger in the shade, or tumble dry low with dryer balls to evenly restore loft.
- Low-temperature steam iron inside out only using a pressing cloth.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
There are no restocking fees. To start a return, email info@out-fyra.com with your order number and we will guide you through it. Return shipping is covered by the customer, and exchanges are available on request. Once inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
